Above is a link to an American civics quiz. In a survey using this quiz, Americans scored an average of 49% answers correct. Yes, I said 49%!
Feel free to take it yourself and post your score here. Also, I would be curious how non-Americans do at this test. (For you non-Americans, here is your chance to embarrass America!)

I'm not even an American Citizen but a Citizen of The United Kingdom and I got a score of 66.67% correct (22/33)!
That in itself is a little worrying, lol.

Though in our case we also have the same lack of knowlege about the working of our own goverment. Mainly because they are very good of confusing people and poor at explaining themseleves, lol.

Just follows the general dumbing down of society as I whole hence why I continue to escape in to Second Life, lol.

I got 82% on it but I found the economics questions to be a bit skewed.

Reina, there was one economics question I got correct which I didn't agree with, and I won't mention it since some other people may still want to take the test. But I do agree with you. But there was only one I saw like that.

Omg, You answered 25 out of 33 correctly — 75.76 % some issues with us history :-) Yeah from sweden.
