If you are the only member in corp then you should be able to quit all roles and then leave the corp. If you got more members in your corp then you need to either kick them out by first removing all roles they have and then expel them 24 hours later, or give some other member the role of director and some shares in your corp and then you can vote for new CEO. He needs to vote with his shares and you don't do anything and then after voting time has passed he is the new CEO and then you can quit all roles or he can remove your roles, and you can then leave the Corp.

If you want to keep the corp alive and in your possesion, then you can make an alt, let him apply to corp and give him the role of Director and some shares, vote for new CEO and then he gets to be the CEO.
