I sat and waited for the first freighter pilot to activate the gate and jump thru to Perimiter, and followed as close behind as I could, as did the rest of the pilots on the gate in Jita. I jumped thru and waited for my ships sensors to catch up, to my relief there were no flashing red lights on my overview, and also no naughty people with police records, it must be my lucky day. I quickly checked that Autopilot was set for home and aligned to the next gate knowing the riskiest part of the journey was over, only 15 more gates to navigate.
Each jump took me a little closer to home and safety, after what seemed like an eternity of jumping and warping I made it back to my home system with cargo and ship intact. I docked up and unloaded my cargo into my hangar, and dumped the freighter back in the corporation hangar. Time to change the underwear....
Back to the easy, and safe life of manufacturing and invention. These Golems are going to take a fair bit of work to get them ready for the market, and are going to take a few weeks to build. There simply isn't enough time to run all the build jobs I need to at once, so I am going to have to stagger my work. I started a few component build job, but these are going to take a few days to run. I have to wait for the rest of my specialist ammo build jobs to clear from the factory until I can really start work on these Golem parts.

I did not know it has become so hard to travel with goods in freigher like the Obelisk but after this story I will take extra care next time I move valuable cargo around in my fine ship.
Thank you for excellent story and good tips on how to proceed in this most dangerous of all environments that we call EVE and live in. In here nobody is safe. |
